CONDITIONS \u2013 COINS DRY CLEANERS<\/h2><div class=\"aux-modern-heading-divider\"><\/div><div class=\"aux-modern-heading-description\"><p>By handing over any garment or article to COINS DRY CLEANERS for cleaning, laundering, pressing, alteration or any other service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n        <\/section>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"aux-parallax-section elementor-element elementor-element-d203b9e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d203b9e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"aux-widget-modern-heading\">\n            <div class=\"aux-widget-inner\"><h2 class=\"aux-modern-heading-primary\"><\/h2><div class=\"aux-modern-heading-description\"><div class=\"terms-conditions\"><ol><li><strong>Acceptance of Articles<\/strong><ul><li>All garments and articles are accepted subject to these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li><li>Customers are requested to verify the booking details on the receipt before leaving the premises.<\/li><li>Articles shall be delivered only upon production of the original receipt or after satisfactory proof of identity at the sole discretion of COINS DRY CLEANERS.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Inspection and Cleaning Process<\/strong><ul><li>Garments shall be processed in accordance with the manufacturer's care label or accepted industry standards where no care label exists.<\/li><li>COINS DRY CLEANERS reserves the right to determine the most appropriate cleaning method.<\/li><li>Cleaning may reveal hidden defects that were not visible at the time of acceptance.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Stains<\/strong><ul><li>While every reasonable effort shall be made to remove stains, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.<\/li><li>Certain stains may become permanent due to age, oxidation, heat treatment, previous cleaning attempts or the nature of the stain itself.<\/li><li>Failure to remove stains shall not constitute negligence.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Fabric Characteristics<\/strong><p>COINS DRY CLEANERS shall not be responsible for:<\/p><ul><li>Colour bleeding or fading;<\/li><li>Shrinkage or stretching;<\/li><li>Weak, aged or deteriorated fabric;<\/li><li>Hidden manufacturing defects;<\/li><li>Previous repairs;<\/li><li>Weak seams or stitching;<\/li><li>Damage arising from the inherent nature of the fabric.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Delicate &amp; Designer Garments<\/strong><p>Designer garments, silk, leather, suede, wedding dresses, embroidered garments,<br \/>garments with sequins, beads, glued decorations or specialty fabrics are accepted<br \/>entirely at the customer's risk.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Buttons &amp; Accessories<\/strong><p>COINS DRY CLEANERS shall not be liable for damage to or loss of buttons, buckles,<br \/>belts, zippers, hooks, embellishments, sequins, stones, glued ornaments or<br \/>decorative accessories unless specifically declared and accepted in writing<br \/>before processing.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Articles Left in Pockets<\/strong><p>Customers must remove all valuables before handing over garments.<\/p><p>COINS DRY CLEANERS shall not be liable for loss of:<\/p><ul><li>Cash<\/li><li>Jewellery<\/li><li>Documents<\/li><li>Electronic devices<\/li><li>Keys<\/li><li>Cards<\/li><li>Any other valuables left inside garments.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Delivery<\/strong><p>Delivery dates are only estimated dates and may vary due to operational requirements,<br \/>machinery breakdown, transportation delays, labour issues, supplier delays,<br \/>power failures, natural calamities or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p><p>Delay in delivery shall not entitle the customer to compensation.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Collection of Garments<\/strong><ul><li>Customers shall collect garments promptly upon notification or on the scheduled delivery date.<\/li><li><strong><br \/>COINS DRY CLEANERS shall not be responsible for any garment or article<br \/>remaining uncollected for more than fifteen (15) days from the scheduled<br \/>delivery date.<br \/><\/strong><\/li><li>Storage after the above period shall be entirely at the customer's sole risk.<\/li><li>COINS DRY CLEANERS reserves the right to levy storage charges after fifteen (15) days.<\/li><li>Articles remaining unclaimed for ninety (90) days may be donated, recycled,<br \/>sold or otherwise disposed of without further notice and without any liability whatsoever.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><p>Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced.<\/p><p>All charges incurred shall remain payable.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Loss or Damage<\/strong><p>In the unlikely event that an article is lost or damaged solely due to the proven<br \/>negligence of COINS DRY CLEANERS:<\/p><ul><li>Compensation shall be based upon the current fair market value after considering age, condition and depreciation.<\/li><li><strong><br \/>Maximum compensation shall not exceed \u20b95,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only)<br \/>per article under any circumstances.<br \/><\/strong><\/li><li>Sentimental value shall not be considered.<\/li><\/ul><p>No compensation shall be payable for:<\/p><ul><li>Fabric defects<\/li><li>Manufacturing defects<\/li><li>Colour fading<\/li><li>Shrinkage<\/li><li>Stretching<\/li><li>Weak fabric<\/li><li>Previous repairs<\/li><li>Hidden damage<\/li><li>Decorative accessories<\/li><li>Inherent characteristics of the garment.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><p>Under no circumstances shall COINS DRY CLEANERS be liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Consequential damages<\/li><li>Indirect losses<\/li><li>Business losses<\/li><li>Loss of opportunity<\/li><li>Emotional distress<\/li><li>Mental agony<\/li><li>Special or punitive damages.<\/li><\/ul><p>The total liability of COINS DRY CLEANERS shall remain strictly limited to Clause 11.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Customer Complaints<\/strong><ul><li>Any complaint regarding quality, shortage, damage or any other issue <strong>must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery from the shop.<br \/><\/strong><\/li><li>Complaints shall only be accepted <strong>in writing<\/strong>:<ul><li>by email to:<a href=\"mailto:info@coinsdrycleaners.com\"><br \/><strong>info@coinsdrycleaners.com<\/strong><br \/><\/a><\/li><li>by submitting a written complaint at the respective COINS DRY CLEANERS branch.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, verbal complaints or social<br \/>media messages shall not constitute valid complaints.<\/li><li>No complaint shall be entertained after expiry of the above period.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Limitation on Legal Proceedings<\/strong><ul><li>No customer shall initiate any legal proceedings, arbitration, consumer complaint<br \/>or other legal action against COINS DRY CLEANERS unless a written complaint has<br \/>first been submitted in accordance with Clause 13.<\/li><li>Subject to applicable law, any legal proceedings arising out of the services<br \/>provided by COINS DRY CLEANERS must be commenced within<br \/><strong>thirty (30) days<\/strong> from the date of delivery or the scheduled<br \/>delivery date, whichever is earlier.<\/li><li>Failure to comply with the above procedure shall constitute a waiver of the<br \/>customer's contractual claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Force Majeure<\/strong><p>COINS DRY CLEANERS shall not be liable for delay, loss or inability to perform<br \/>services arising from fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action,<br \/>strikes, riots, transportation failures, machinery breakdown or any event beyond<br \/>its reasonable control.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Payment<\/strong><p>All charges shall be payable before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p><p>Prices may be revised without prior notice.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Governing Law &amp; Jurisdiction<\/strong><p>These Terms &amp; Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.<\/p><p>All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts<br \/>at Pune, Maharashtra.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Customer Declaration<\/strong><p>The Customer declares and confirms that:<\/p><ul><li>The garments have been inspected before handing them over.<\/li><li>Any stains, tears, holes, burns, colour fading, missing buttons, broken zippers,<br \/>loose stitching, embellishment damage or other visible defects have been disclosed<br \/>at the time of booking.<\/li><li>The customer understands that cleaning may reveal hidden defects due to age,<br \/>wear, previous repairs or the inherent nature of the fabric.<\/li><li>All valuables have been removed from the garments.<\/li><li>Any garment not declared as damaged at the time of booking shall be deemed to<br \/>have been received in good visible condition.<\/li><li>The customer authorises COINS DRY CLEANERS to adopt the cleaning process<br \/>considered most suitable.<\/li><li>The customer agrees to collect the garments within fifteen (15) days from the<br \/>scheduled delivery date.<\/li><li>The customer has read, understood and accepted these Terms &amp; Conditions in full.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
